Before Booking Your Appointment: • New Clients & Color Clients: Please book a consultation first. This allows us to assess your hair and discuss your goals to ensure we deliver the perfect result. Returning clients who haven’t visited within six months will also require a consultation. • No Refunds Policy: We stand by the quality of our services. If adjustments are needed, restyle requests may be submitted within 48 hours of your appointment. • Full-Service Salon: Every service includes shampoo, conditioning, and blowdry—no exceptions. • Style Changes: If you decide to change your style at the time of your appointment, a $65 convenience fee will apply. • Hair for Protective Styles: We provide all hair for protective styling, but for extension services, you may bring your own or order through us. • Appointment Planning: Please include all services you need when booking. Adding services during your appointment may result in a convenience fee due to schedule adjustments. • Color Selection: Be sure to specify the color(s) you need when booking your appointment. • Amenities: Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments during your visit. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% fee for all no-show appointments and a 65% cancellation fee for appointment cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled time.
