Updated Refund & Adjustment Policy • Extension Adjustments: Clients may request adjustments within 7 days of installation. No refunds will be issued. • Hair Included: high-quality raw Indian, Russian, Iranian and Cambodian hair in the service price. Before Booking Your Appointment • New Clients & Color Clients: A consultation is required before booking your first appointment. Returning clients who haven’t visited in six months must also book a consultation. • No Refunds Policy: While we stand by our work, restyle requests must be made within 48 hours for adjustments. • Full-Service Salon: Every appointment includes a shampoo, conditioning, and blow-dry—no exceptions. • Style Changes: A $200 convenience fee will apply if you decide to change your extension method at the time of your appointment. • Appointment Planning: Please book all necessary services upfront. Adding services during your appointment may result in a convenience fee. • Color Selection: Be sure to specify your desired color(s) when booking. • Amenities: Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments during your visit.
